Steve Rummler was a great drummer, a great person, and a great loss. Steve was in a band I grew up with called the Gooney Birds. One of two bands that lead me on my career path as a music artist. Steves family asked me to help them with their charity, with graphics and advertising etc. They have been so kind to our charities efforts and now have asked to become part of our chain of connection. Here is their story, please be sure to order a few Steve’s Links after your done reading this sad story and unbelievable love and hard work Steve’s Family and friends are making to keep his spirit alive, as well as keeping US alive and a safer future.  Losing Steve to an accidental drug overdose in 2011 was beyond devastating for his family and friends. The fact that one person dies every 16 minutes from a prescription drug overdose is unacceptable. The Steve Rummler Hope Foundation (www.SteveRummlerHope-Foundation.org) is working to end the epidemic of addiction and overdose deaths. Together with your help we can create a world where individuals with chronic pain receive integrated care focused on wellness rather than drugs, and those with addiction have easy access to compassionate evidence-based treatment. Wearing this Link symbolizes the courage, hope and willingness we need to stand up, share our losses without shame and demand change in order to save lives..
